Scream Team Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Please read before booking our ghost hunts/Events
 
1. IMPORTANT: STRICTLY NO alcohol or drugs allowed, and if it is suspected that you may have either at the event, you will be not be allowed to stay for the night and will be asked to leave the event immediately, with no refund!!!

2. Health and Safety aspects of the event must be adhered to at all times. We will not be responsible for any physical, psychological and long term illness or injuries, or death as a result from attending any of our events.  Investigating the unknown world of the paranormal can be hazardous and dangerous so all clients attend at their own risk.

3.There is strictly no smoking inside any venue, a smoking area outside will be pointed out to you on arrival.

4. All our events are ticket only NO EXCEPTIONS.

5. The minimum age for participants is 18 years old and able bodied ,as the venues often involve climbing and uneven walk ways.

6. Unless otherwise stated our prices do not include accommodation or transport. You will need to make your own  arrangements.

7. NO liable can be taken against us for any loss or damage to equipment belonging to the participants, during and after the event, even if caused by poltergeist activity. You bring them at your own risk. 

8 By agreeing to these terms and conditions you further indemnify  Scream-Team from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs, claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from my participation in the activity.

9. All luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles and effects belonging to you or your party are your own responsibility. We are not responsible for the safe custody of attendees property, for its loss, damage or theft.

10. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by Scream-Team due to weather conditions or situations that are out of our control. When this occurs, Scream-Team will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of full payment.  If the event is moved or rescheduled, Scream-team may set refund limitations.  Cancellations on your part  from 42-0 days of an event will result in no refund;  cancellations  over 42 days of an event will only be refunded at 50%; This is to cover our administration and deposit charges to our host locations. Tickets are also non-transferable.

11. You agree that any and all services from Scream-Team are for entertainment purposes only. No perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made by our team, psychics, mediums or clairvoyants should be interpreted as factual or actual. You are responsible for making your own decisions and it is understood that when our team, psychics, mediums and clairvoyants suggest something to you, it is their opinion, and should NOT be interpreted as the only course of action.

12. Please always make sure you dress sensibly for our events and have practical footwear – some of our locations have lots of stairs, also in the colder months please bring extra layers, a change of footwear is advisable at some of our locations.

13. We suggest you either secure further accommodation for the following night or book transport home due to tiredness caused by the event. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents or incidents caused after the event.

14. Throughout the event you are expected to act in a sensible manner and will not cause harm or injury to anyone else in the group or, any animal, effect of property etc.

15. We cannot guarantee that paranormal activity will take place on the night. Also none of your stay is staged, we do not hire people to jump out and scare you..

16. We reserve the right to change, add or amend to these terms and conditions at any time.  We also reserve the right to change, add or amend any part of any event at any time.

17. All footage taken by Scream-Team during our events is the property of Scream-Team.

18. These conditions and any contract into which they are incorporated shall be subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
